I had a very disappointing experience with this State Farm agency. I was explicitly told that my balance was fully resolved and that I did not owe anything further. Based on that information, I considered the matter closed.

Later, I discovered I had been sent to collections for a balance I was previously told did not exist. I received no clear communication or warning before this happened, which has caused unnecessary stress and potential damage to my credit.

The lack of accurate information and follow-through is extremely concerning. If there is any uncertainty with your account, I strongly recommend getting everything in writing and confirming multiple times before relying on what you’re told.

I would caution others to be very careful when dealing with this office due to the poor communication and account handling I experienced."
